Where I Sit . . .

I always love when artists show us a peek of their workspace.  I've seen some clean spaces and some busy messy spaces.  I'm probably a mix.

This is where I sit and make art:

This is what I can see today while I'm sitting making art:

I'm listening to Charlie Brown Thanksgiving Pandora radio station, coloring hippos and possums and flamingos, and watching my first heavy snowfall of this season.  It's pretty great.

The bars you see are from construction on our apartment.  I don't know what they're doing exactly, all I know is I wake up to hammering and Spanish regularly.  (nothing against Spanish)  Not today though.  I think I have the snow to thank for that.  ;)

So what is your workspace like?  I dare you to post a link--I'd love to see!

  1. Mine is usually very messy. But, I cleaned it today. I can't wait until I walk into my classroom on Tuesday. I love that yours has a window and you can enjoy the snow and that the Spanish had stopped at least for a day. I don't have a picture to show you. Maybe another day.

    1. Karen you've got a nice spot there!!! Nice chair, nice plants, nice things to look at on your wall, lots of space, I like it! It's so interesting to see where people create their little worlds. All in that one little corner of a room. Of course we know the ideas behind the work came from many places. Thanks for sharing!!
